Steel Grating
Steel Grating is resistance-welded for durability, strength and safety using an automated electric/hydraulic welding process. High temperatures, combined with high pressure, fuse the bearing bars and cross bars together to form a permanent joint.
The combination of heavy-weight bearing bars and twisted steel cross bars provide excellent grating stability and loading capabilities. The cross bars are welded or electro-forged to the rectangular shaped bearing bars by a process that combines intense hydraulic pressure with a powerful electric current.
The most widely used gratings, available for flooring, sidewalk, dranage pit cover, stair tread.etc.
